Our mission
Pressing On promotes health, recovery and independence for those with spinal cord injuries and other neurological disorders. We provide exercise based therapy targeting optimal functional return. Our aggressive training aims at improving movement and sensation, as well as activation of muscles and nerves below the level of injury. The training programs are custom-made for each client and are carried out by exercise science professionals in a safe environment.
